Job Description

• • Independent customer care from receipt of order to delivery
• • Order processing according to SOP or IOP
• •Document review and preparation for customs clearance
• • Use of the GEODIS application programs CW1, CRM
• • Use of the E-solution tool IRIS, if necessary customer portal
• • Milestone maintenance; Ensure IRIS compliance
• • Control of incoming invoices, processing in Poseidon
• • Invoicing mainly by means of autorating
• • Preparation of the monthly statements

Applicant'S Profile

• • Completed forwarding training
• • Very good MS Office skills
• • Communication skills, persuasiveness and are a team player
• • Confident knowledge of spoken and written English
