Business-System Analyst

We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.</p> <p><strong>Currently, we're looking for:</strong><br /> <strong>Business-System Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> remote/Poznań/Wrocław/Warszawa</p> <p><strong>Your tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyzing and describing business and system processes</p> </li> <li> <p>Creating and managing process documentation in tools such as Confluence</p> </li> <li> <p>Designing process flows using BPMN/UML</p> </li> <li> <p>Working with REST API, including reading .json file structures, using Swagger, and creating basic .json files</p> </li> <li> <p>Writing SQL queries (SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT) and designing basic database table structures</p> </li> <li> <p>Managing tasks and requirements in JIRA</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure proper system integration</p> </li> <li> <p>Preparing and maintaining documentation for system functionalities</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of BPMN/UML notation</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with JIRA and Confluence</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in process description and management using tools like Enterprise Architect, Camunda Modeler, or similar</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of REST API, ability to use Swagger, read .json structures, and create basic .json files</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of SQL (basic SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT queries)</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to design basic database table structures</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in creating documentation in Confluence</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Basic knowledge of RabbitMQ</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic knowledge of Kafka event system</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience using Miro boards</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in system-to-system integrations</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>We offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Long-term cooperation</p> </li> <li> <p>Benefits package – Multisport card, medical care &amp; life insurance</p> </li> <li> <p>Training budget</p> </li> <li> <p>Assistance in accounting issues when setting up/running a business</p> </li> <li> <p>Free English lessons</p> </li> <li> <p>Individual support from a dedicated company supervisor</p> </li> </ul>
