JOB SUMMARY: This role will partner with senior leadership in the evaluation and management of a proactive and best-in-class investor relations strategy. The incumbent will be the primary corporate spokesperson and point of contact for the investment community, as well as financial media stakeholders. The roles responsibilities will include but not be limited to: establishment of relationships and partnering with key analysts and the buy-side community, preparation of all materials for investor relations and quarterly investor calls. Additionally, this driven incumbent will regularly provide insight, feedback, and coaching to the leadership team with regards to investor perceptions and expectations.
This individual works independently under minimal supervision and with considerable discretion to make decisions that significantly affect day-to-day operations within the organization. The incumbent applies a broad understanding of the healthcare services industry and specifically with its investment landscape, to drive strategic growth. The incumbent regularly applies comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to complete job responsibilities. This role will require the incumbent to regularly liaise with colleagues amongst all levels of the organizational structure. This is a managerial position with authority for all HR actions (hiring, separations, discipline, training, etc.).
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee the development and execution of a strategic best-in-class investor relations and financial communications platform, in coordination with the senior leadership team while working to ensure that the business strategy and progress is understood by the analysts and investor community.
2. Support executive leadership through the provision of on-going information and data specific to competitive intelligence from the street, analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, periodic ownership analysis, and debtholder analyses and communications.
3. Collaborate with executive leadership to build long-term rapport with investors, creditors and analysts, and keep shareholders and debtholders informed about the company's progress.
4. Provide support with ongoing information to the company's executive leadership regarding competitive intelligence from the Street, analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock and debt price movements, and periodic ownership analysis; support company executives in building long-term rapport with investors, creditors and analysts, and keeps shareholders and debtholders informed about the Company's progress.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships of trust and respect with analysts and investors. Develop, maintain, and execute processes to respond to external requests for financial and strategic information in an accurate, appropriate, and timely manner.
6. Utilize expertise within the field to serve as the company's primary spokesperson and information conduit to the investor community.
7. Aid in the development, design, drafting, production and coordination of investor relations communication materials including but not limited to: earnings documents (press releases and supplemental decks, earnings scripts, Q&As, and appendices), conference and non-deal roadshow materials, investor relations website and other investor materials.
8. Partner with finance to provide external and internal audiences with an accurate and timely view of the company's performance and prospects.
9. Manage investor relations roadshows and conference calendars.
10. Manage the quarterly earning process and preparation, schedule, and debriefs.
11. Create and update investor presentations, Q&A playbook, and oversee the creations of the organizations' annual report.
12. Track and analyze sell side financial models and competitor and significant clients' financial performance. Conduct financial analysis, both individually and in partnership with others, around performance of the company and the industry as a whole.
13. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
14. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
15. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.
16. Potential for managing an IR associate or team going forward.
17. Additional tasks aligned with Claritev core strategic pillars to advance the company in line with Vision 2030.

Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS / PREFERENCES (Education, Experience, and Training):
* Bachelors' degree in a financially driven and/or a business related field coupled with twelve (12) years' experience in a strategically driven role.
* Required licenses, professional certifications, and/or board certifications as applicable.
* Knowledge of the Company's business and strategic business practices in general
* Knowledge of healthcare services industry, market dynamics, trends and market direction while understanding the corresponding impact on Company products, services, and ability to compete and grow.
* Sitting IRO within the Healthcare/Technology industries
* Previous equity research analyst experience covering the same, or related, sectors.
* High credibility on the street; is well known, trusted and respected among the investment community.
* Strong work ethic, a self-starter, and able to be highly productive in a collaborative, yet fast paced, environment.
* Knowledge of M&A and company transformations.
* Experience in the development and implementation of strategic and proactive investor relations plans that have delivered results
* Proven financial analysis skills, broad industry knowledge and a sophisticated understanding of investor relations, with the ability to interpret information for the investment community and organizational management.
* Ability to forge long term trusted relationships quickly and effectively. Able to establish credibility with senior leaders, particularly the executive team.
* Ability to speak authoritatively and credibly about the company's strategic direction and prospects for performance while providing investors and analysts appropriate access to executive management.
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone
The salary range for this position is $200k-$230k. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
