About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Casual Customer Experience (CX) Agent to join our friendly team at Northlakes, QLD If you're passionate about people, enjoy helping families, and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment, this could be the perfect fit!
This role goes beyond traditional customer service. As a frontline team member, you’ll manage bookings, greet families, and assist on the pool deck. In the future, you will also be required to cover some swim teaching shifts—so we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow into this dual-role opportunity.

What’s on Offer
• Casual role with a minimum of 8 hours per week
• 2–4 shifts per week, with availability required on:
o Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (3:30 PM – 7:00 PM)
o Sunday (6:45 AM – 11:45 AM)
• Potential to increase hours based on performance and centre needs
• Opportunity to train and become a qualified Swim Teacher through us
• Future progression into CX leadership or management roles
What You’ll Be Doing
• Welcoming families and providing excellent customer service at reception and around the centre
• Handling phone and email inquiries and managing swim school bookings
• Supporting families with any questions or concerns
• Assisting on the pool deck and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment
• Engaging with our community and helping create memorable experiences for all swimmers
What We’re Looking For
• Positive, bubbly personality with a natural passion for helping people
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience working with children or in hospitality/customer service preferred
• CPR certification and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Learn to Swim Instructor licence (we can help you get qualified!)
• Someone who is reliable, flexible, and happy to commute if needed
