We’re looking for a Estimator who’s eager to contribute, ready to sharpen their skills, and excited to be part of a team pricing some of the most diverse and meaningful projects in NSW. Whether you see yourself advancing as a senior estimator, moving into delivery, or exploring commercial strategy, we’ll help you map your path.

What You’Ll Be Doing

You’ll be right in the middle of how we plan and win work. Working closely with Senior Estimators, BDMs and project teams, you’ll price tenders, evaluate scopes, and help create submissions that are sharp, competitive and set up for real-world success.

As your confidence grows, so will your responsibility. You’ll lead pricing on select packages and gradually take ownership of end-to-end bid preparation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Completing quantity take-offs, supplier quote requests and procurement comparisons
• Reading and interpreting project documentation including plans, drawings and specs
• Assisting with pricing strategies and helping build up cost estimates
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers across multiple trades and packages
• Attending site visits and pre-bid walkthroughs
• Supporting the preparation of submission documents alongside marketing and growth teams

What You’Ll Bring

• 1–2 years’+ experience in estimating, construction support or pre-contracts
• Experience working with construction plans and scopes
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• A structured, proactive approach to pricing, planning and collaboration
• Strong attention to detail, and confidence using Excel and estimating tools
