HLISB BCB-i Graduate Trainee

• To support the business development function in BCB-i.
• To assist in the daily cash management tasks, including but not exclusive to issuance of letter of offer and on-boarding of clients to HLISB.
• To have a deep understanding on on the functions and services offered by each units in BCB-i, to the point that the you are able to confidently participate in sales pitch to clients.
• To collaborate and assist in the execution of product programs, campaigns, exhibitions, conferences and other events.
• To work closely with stakeholders across the organization including shariah, legal, compliance, corporate communications and marketing departments to support BCB-i’s initiatives.
• To conduct research to identify key growth opportunities with external parties including any specific industries such as Halal, and ESG initiatives.
• To assist and engage in comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, business strategies, and competitor analysis.
• To assist in preparation of presentation and communication decks.
• To assist in producing monthly management reports.
• To particiapte in compliance exercise and to have a deep comprehension about compliance and risk management.
• To assist in executing projects or other assignments assigned by the Head of Department.
