What’s on offer?

We’re looking for a proactive Project Administrator to provide high-level support and office management for our Fulton Hogan Utilities and BFHI Joint Venture Office, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business unit.

Based at our Lynbrook office, this role will play an integral part in having impact across various areas of the business, including People & Culture, Stakeholder Engagement, Event Coordination and supporting the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll gain valuable industry experience and ongoing skill development/coaching throughout your career journey.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including building access, supplies and mail

  • Support People and Culture activities such as onboarding, travel bookings and team events

  • Be the main contact for office communications, handling calls and enquiries

  • Provide admin support to senior leaders, including meetings, diary management and expenses

  • Create communication materials and help with stakeholder engagement and community events

  • Foster a positive team culture that reflects Fulton Hogan’s REAL Values.

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Qualification in Administration or equivalent (desirable)

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of accountability and collaboration

  • Natural tech-savviness and excellent IT skills, with proficiency across Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint

  • High personal motivation and the drive to maintain strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle challenges proactively
