đ About The Job
As a Project Manager, youâll be at the heart of our Dream House campaigns in Germany. Youâll take the lead on executing house lotteries from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothlyâfrom updating our campaign website to delivering unforgettable winner experiences. Youâll be a hands-on project manager, coordinating with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to deliver exciting and impactful campaigns that delight our entrants and drive charitable fundraising.
You will be working closely with all members of the team and our external agencies to ensure that project requirements are met, deadlines are kept, schedules are on track and all stakeholders have visibility where necessary. You will be primarily responsible for managing our winner communications and fulfillment efforts, ensuring that our winners feel well supported during the process of claiming their prizes.
đ§ What Youâll Be Doing
Winners and Fulfillment:
- Manage the delivery of post-win experiences to our lucky winners - everything from logistics and documentation to celebratory moments.
- Ensure a smooth and timely flow of communication between winners and the relevant stakeholders in our team.
- You will also assist in the sourcing and procurement process, liaising with prizing vendors as needed.
Campaign Execution:
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on DE projects
- You will work across the organisation and with our external agencies to assist in managing the process of launching, optimizing, and closing our house campaigns.
- Own campaign calendars and timelines to keep everything and everyone on track
- Collaborate with marketing, product, legal and operations teams to keep all moving parts aligned
- Oversee regular updates to campaign website content and work with development to ensure changes go live as planned
- Ensure all campaign details are tracked, documented and meet legal and brand standards
Process Optimisations:
- Continual creation, optimisation and reinforcement of processes for cross-functional teams.
- Support reporting and insight gathering to improve future campaign performance

- You love rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on with day-to-day tasks
- Youâre confident coordinating across multiple teams and keeping everyone aligned and informed
- Youâve worked in a campaign, ecommerce, or customer-focused environment and understand the importance of delivering exceptional end-to-end experiences
- Youâre fluent in both German and English, and comfortable working across markets and cultures
- Youâre a strong relationship builder, with excellent communication skills
- Youâre a team player who brings energy and enthusiasm to every project
- Youâre proactive and always looking for ways to streamline, improve, and innovate
