Role Summary

The Analyst will be responsible to provide the highest service level & support to investors transacting in CG’s Funds either directly or indirectly via the outsourced transfer agency.  Leads the onboarding of new investors/clients, including transfer agency account opening and coordinating the drafting & negotiation of relevant legal agreements.  Oversees daily fund activity and the outsourced transfer agency service providers for CG’s Luxembourg SICAVs and UK OEICs.

Primary responsibilities

  • Provides high level of service to existing and prospective investors as well as internal clients, including responding to general queries in a timely manner

  • Facilitates the account opening process between investor and/or their representative(s), internal teams, and the outsourced transfer agency service provider(s)

  • Leads and/or monitors new investor on-boarding including coordinating the drafting, negotiation and ultimate signature of legal agreements and completion of AML requirements

  • Enters and updates investor information and accounts in the internal CRM system

  • Monitors and manages investors’ dealing activity

  • Oversees the process of the calculation of distribution fees paid to financial intermediaries

  • Monitors quality of service delivery by external service providers, notably with respect to key regulatory & operational requirements applying to Luxembourg SICAVs

  • Develops and maintains reports and metrics in Tableau and Power BI based on investor data from both internal and external sources.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate has 2-4 years’ experience of working within an asset management company with experience of Luxembourg, in a transfer agency oversight and/or investor support function. Experience in UK domiciled funds is a plus.

  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and a track record of effective communication with colleagues, counterparties, and clients

  • A highly organized, self-driven and committed team player with strict attention to detail, execution accuracy and intellectual curiosity to learn and expand knowledge

  • Proven track record of excellent customer service

  • At ease with Microsoft applications

  • Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
