Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident and capable Team Lead to join Prime Ecosystems, part of the Cotality group. Prime Ecosystems develops innovative software solutions that streamline operations and drive better outcomes across the insurance and property sectors. In this role, you’ll lead a talented development team while staying hands-on with coding, managing task allocation, removing roadblocks, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This leadership position offers the chance to make an immediate impact. You’ll join at an exciting time as the team grows, with plenty of opportunities to shape processes, support onboarding, and help the team perform at its best.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Software Development – Contribute to coding, testing, and delivering features alongside the team.
  • Administration & Coordination – Oversee quality control and code administration tasks, manage timesheet corrections, and handle admin that frees up senior devs for technical work.
  • Team Leadership – Learn the company’s systems and insurance industry quickly, then take over day-to-day task allocation and workflow coordination.
  • Onboarding & Engagement – Help new hires feel welcome and part of the team, contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.

 

 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong software development experience with solid coding and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, coordinate, or manage a development team.
  • Skill in balancing technical work with administrative and organisational duties.
  • Experience managing workloads, allocating tasks, and keeping projects on track.
  • A quick learner who can rapidly pick up new systems and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, approachable leadership style.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on improving team efficiency and removing obstacles.
