About The Role:

We’re looking for a Groups Coordinator to join our Reservations team and become the go-to person for all things group bookings. From the first enquiry to the last guest checking out, you’ll make sure every detail runs smoothly – room blocks, guest requirements, special touches and seamless handovers to our operations teams.

You’ll be the connection point between Sales, Events, Front Office, and our guests, making sure organisers feel confident and supported, and that our groups leave with nothing but great memories.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing group room blocks from initial enquiry through to departure
• Coordinating rooming lists, billing details and special requirements
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure every need is met
• Monitoring pick-up rates, cut-off dates and contract requirements
• Preparing group resumes and daily arrival reports
• Personally welcoming group organisers on arrival
• Assisting the Front Office on key arrival days for a smooth guest experience

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years’ experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or sales support (hospitality experience preferred)
• A background in front-facing service is a big plus
• Experience with HMS or Sales & Catering systems (or similar)
• Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to stay calm, focused and positive under pressure
• A collaborative, adaptable and guest-first approach
