About the job

The purpose of the role is to coordinate and route incident ticketsto technicians in an efficient and streamlined manner. This includes incidents regarding damage to the property network. The incidents are required to have good quality to be able to automate. As an Operations Coordinator you are responsible forcoordination and routing of field technicians and contractors as needed. It is a centralized function for scheduling and planning of incidents. You will also play an important role in the development of an automated dispatch function and other routines and processes related to the role and group you belong to.

Tasks included in the role:

  • Participate in continuous capacity and skills inventory of field resources.
  • Ensure and follow up on SLA/OLA of incidents
  • Analyze and troubleshoot cascading network faults within HFC and book technician visits to customers as needed
  • Invoicing of damage to property owners
  • Collaborate and coordinate with NOC, Real Estate, Field Service, Customer Service and other stakeholders.
  • Development of working methods and routines.
  • Participate in and drive process development and be a demander for relevant support systems.
  • Support key access managers and change control in daily work and in process and WoW enhancements.

  • Experience in business development and driving change
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Experience in dispatch or similar roles
  • Experience in quality control
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
