We are looking for an accomplished and dynamic professional to serve as the Senior Director for Print Category, LATAM Market.

In this leadership position, you will direct the development and execution of the strategy and profitability for the Latin America Market. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding autonomy, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across all organizational levels, while representing the business with authority and influence.

Position Overview

  • Develops and executes long-term strategic vision for the sales organization within the country or region, aligning it with the overall corporate strategy.

  • Oversees and manages the financial performance, including revenue targets, profitability, and budget allocation, while optimizing resource utilization.

  • Leads and manages a high-performing team of country managers, delegating responsibilities and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Develops and manages financial plans, forecasts, and investment strategies complying with ethical and legal standards to support sustainable growth.

  • Identifies and capitalizes on growth opportunities, including market entry, expansion, and diversification strategies.

  • Identifies and establishes strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance the organization's market position and capabilities.

  • Builds a strong leadership team, attracts, and retains top talent, and fosters a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Drives innovation initiatives and leverages emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness.

  • Develops and implements comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the organization's operations.

  • Monitors market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Education and Experience

  • 15+ years of business experience in Marketing, Business development, Partner Management, Finance or Category

  • 15+ years of people management experience

  • Strong track record of customer empathy and a focus on partner engagement

  • Documented history of consistent success and goal achievement

  • Demonstrated ability to use data to manage a business or process

  • Proven business development and execution management experience

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.

  • Simplifier: Able to take complex problems and vague visions and turn them into a simple model for others to follow.

  • Superior business acumen

  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

  • Strong leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and management.

  • Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.

  • Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data and make clear and compelling business recommendations.

  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment

  • Experience presenting quantitative information to executives.
