About the role

We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our in-house studio. You’ll create end-to-end design projects -from ideation to top notch creative- while leading and mentoring brand designer and a video editor. This is a hands-on role, combining strong visual craft with leadership and project management capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Design Digital Content such as Google Slides Presentations, one-pagers, ebooks, reports and digital assets templates.
• Design for Growth Marketing such as website pages, newsletters, email banners display and social ads and landing pages.
• Enhanced collaboration and Improved brand consistency through the team.
•  Ensure timely execution of projects, from brief to delivery, balancing creative excellence with efficiency
• Stay up to date on design and AI trends to continuously improve output and workflows
• Your Time Breakdown - 70% hands-on design work ,30% team/project management and creative direction

Requirements

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience in brand/digital design roles, with a strong portfolio
• Professional English is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides
• Strong digital storytelling and layout skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience leading or mentoring other creatives
• High level of comfort using AI tools for creative workflows
• Hybrid model - 3 days from the office in Madrid

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with print design (brochures, packaging, event materials, etc.)
• Prior experience in B2B or tech environments
• Knowledge of motion design or collaboration with video team
