Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Senior User Researcher, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking design team based at Vibenshuset. Together, we work on digital merchant- and partner-facing products for our in store solutions. You will be contributing by delivering and activating insights from various research studies to the relevant product teams/management. While pushing and encouraging the colleagues across the product teams to strive for a high standard within customer centricity. Alongside you will also have a high impact on how we develop our research capabilities further.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about user research and has a deep understanding of the design process that brings insights alive. You should have a strong track record of scoping and conducting user research, a collaborative and holistic mindset, and a drive to create exceptional experiences.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Drive end-to-end user research projects, by collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Turn complex research insights into engaging, easy-to-understand presentations that empower cross-functional teams to take informed, user-centered product decisions.
• Design and facilitate design-thinking processes to activate new and existing user insights
• Activate user insights to enhance user experience and user engagement by sparring with Designers and Product Managers
• Adapt processes and tools, methods, and workflows to improve team efficiency
• Stay informed on research trends and best practices to keep us at the forefront

Essential Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferable from working with digital products 
• Experience from working in large organisations or agencies working with large organisations. 
• Great at planning and executing user research
• Experience with activating user insights throughout the design process
• Skilled in creating a systematic business-oriented and operational output 
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Italian and Danish would be considered a plus.  
• Skilled in storytelling to enable colleagues and stakeholders to connect with the user insights

Bonus Skills: 

• Experience in designing and facilitating creative workshops and collaboration sessions (eg. design sprints)
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and foster positive collaboration across teams and all levels
• Proactive mindset towards continuous learning and growth, individually and as part of a team
