JR Functional Analyst

FUNCTIONAL ANALYST 

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Collaborates in preliminary investigations for the development of new services and in the drafting of the feasibility study
• Produces functional specifications and required documentation for development, test and planning offices
• Provides for the drafting of internal operational documentation (operating manual) and for customers (contracts and regulations relating to the relevant services) 
• Analyses operational management problems relating to the relevant services, managing requests for improvement and implementation

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Functional knowledge of E-money/Monetics and, in particular, of issuing services
• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA);
• Use and understanding of modeling languages;
• Basic knowledge of the main technologies used for Front-End development: HTML/XML
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Knowledge of Excel;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Availability for European business trips;
• High resourcefulness, independence, commitment to compliance with plans and ability to give feedback.
