Senior HR Business Partner, Product & Technology Group
Milestone Systems
Office
Copenhagen, Denmark
Full Time
At the heart of our business lies innovation. And at the heart of innovation? People.
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join forces with our Chief Technology Officer and the leadership team, driving the transformation of our Product & Technology Group. This is a unique opportunity to step into the engine room of a global tech organization in motion, where you’ll shape the future of leadership, culture, and capabilities.
This is where strategy meets impact
You’ll partner directly with senior leaders to guide our evolution, from shaping talent strategies that are scale to influencing key organizational decisions and supporting our ongoing transformation. Whether it’s helping teams navigate change, strengthening leadership pipelines, or aligning culture to new ways of working, you’ll be a trusted advisor in moments that matter most.
You’ll sit at the intersection of people and business, armed with insights, data, and a deep understanding of the dynamics of a high-performing tech organization. As the HR voice at the table, you won’t just react to change. You’ll anticipate it, enable it, and help lead it.
About the team
You’ll be part of our Global HR Business Partnering team — nine HRBPs located in Denmark, Bulgaria, the US, and Singapore, each partnering closely with a business unit or region. We’re a function in development, with many new team members and fresh perspectives. That means you’ll have the freedom and influence to help shape not only your own role but also how we operate as a global partnering function.
It’s also a role for someone who enjoys influencing from the inside out. The HRBP model here is still gaining traction, and many parts of the organization are used to seeing us as the go-to for everything people-related. You’ll help shift that mindset — clarifying our strategic role, building leadership ownership of people topics, and raising the visibility of HR as a driver of business results.
What you’ll do
- Be a strategic partner to the CTO and leadership team, deeply embedded in the business agenda
- Lead the design and execution of a forward-looking talent strategy aligned with the group’s goals
- Play a key role in supporting the business unit’s transformation, enabling organizational shifts, leadership transitions, and cultural alignment
- Influence and coach leaders to strengthen team dynamics, leadership capabilities, and decision-making
- Use data and insights to inform action, drive clarity, and demonstrate the impact of HR interventions
- Address challenges around retention, performance, development, and well-being with proactive, tailored solutions
- Partner with regional HRBPs and operational HR Ops teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Champion inclusion, equity, and diversity, not just in programs, but in everyday leadership behavior
What you bring
You’re not just fluent in HR, you’re fluent in business. You think in systems, connect the dots, and are energized by complexity. You know when to challenge, when to support, and how to build trust at the highest levels.
Must-haves:
- Deep experience in strategic HR roles (+10 years), preferably in tech and/or global organizations
- A proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business-aligned talent strategies
- Demonstrated experience supporting transformation initiatives (e.g., org design, workforce planning, culture change)
- Strong analytical skills – you use data to drive decisions, not just dashboards
- Business acumen and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
Nice-to-haves:
- Consulting or advisory background within HR
- Passion for shaping leadership behavior and team culture
- Global mindset and experience in international environments
What you’ll get
- A seat at the table with real influence and visibility
- A vibrant, collaborative People & Culture community that spans the globe
- A chance to leave your mark on a business in motion, and a team committed to doing meaningful, future-focused work
