Requirements

The account management Intern will work alongside the Business team and assist the team in account management in the platform, updating existing records, and supporting the business team with daily campaigns optimization.

Qualified candidates should be diligent, extremely organized, and have a strong sense of time management, especially when tasked with several time sensitive projects. Previous experience with data analysis by using MS excel, is a plus. This role involves significant exposure to client information, therefore discretion is essential.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Monitor the daily data and kinds of alert report and assist on the basic data analysis by using MS excel
• Updating records and keeping the most accurate up-to date information
• Daily task assigned by the team leader

Requirement:

• Must be comfortable and capable of working with large amounts of data
• Fluent English speaking and written
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.  
• Willingness to provide exceptional ongoing and bespoke service requires flexibility, meeting tight timelines, and thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Team player who enjoys working with others and reaching out proactively throughout the firm to gather information.
• Ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks without reminders.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 28 hours a week
