We are a fast-growing affiliate marketing network in the crypto vertical, seeking a Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and team.

This is more than a “numbers” position — you will be managing people, processes, and performance to ensure accurate, timely, and smooth billing for both advertisers and affiliates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full billing cycle (weekly) for both affiliates and advertisers, from preparation to final approval.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a small billing team, ensuring priorities are clear and deadlines are consistently met.
• Apply and enforce deduction rules (e.g., invalid leads, late leads, over-cap, out-of-working-hours) based on contracts and specific agreements.
• Review, approve, and document billing notes with clear and concise justifications for all adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for tracking, reporting, and resolving disputes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for billing-related issues, resolving them efficiently.
• Continuously identify and implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
