Job Summary
Job Description
Manage and oversee Medline corporate customer meetings. Coordinate with sales leader to build the meeting agenda. An agenda can include up to 15 presentations per event, with up to 3 - 4 events a day.
Manage logistics and reporting for all Distribution Center and Manufacturing tours.
Potentially up to 15% travel for offsite customer events and when needed to assist the Sales Events Department.
Responsibilities
Handle all flights, hotel arrangements and transportation needs for each customer(s).
Arrange all executive dinners
Create, schedule and maintain meeting agendas/itineraries.
Coordinate tours and transportation (Corporate, B02, Waukegan, Furniture showroom).
Order and arrange food /beverages for meetings.
Make sure customer(s) are being taken care of at all times. Meet and greet all customers.
Accurate tracking and reporting for spend on Healthcare providers
Managing a budget and payments to vendors
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide post-event analysis, including feedback collection and reporting.
Assist in the development of event marketing materials and communication plans.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 2 years experience in event planning or travel field.
Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, prices, resolving service issues and reconciling differences.
Experience presenting to and communicating with various audiences (ex. senior management and non-technical audiences).

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$63,960.00 - $92,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
