Logistics Project Manager

Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead initiatives within our Logistics organization and support cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in supply chain or project coordination who is ready to take ownership of projects, drive execution, and work closely with subject matter experts in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute logistics-related projects from initiation through completion.
• Drive projects that fall under the scope of internal Logistics teams such as Transportation, Logistics Operations, and Logistics Systems/Data & Analytics.
• Work directly with team members within these logistics functions to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with external departments including IT, Planning, Purchasing, and Operations to support project needs.
• Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely progress reporting.
• Participate in project meetings, document outcomes, and manage follow-up actions.
• Prepare clear and concise summaries, reports, and presentations based on project data.
• Identify potential risks, roadblocks, or delays and communicate proactively to stakeholders.
• Lead smaller project initiatives or workstreams based on business priorities.
• Remain adaptable to shifting priorities, evolving timelines, and cross-functional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Foundational understanding of logistics processes; knowledge of transportation, warehousing, or logistics systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage timelines, work independently, and drive projects to completion.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other project tracking tools.
• Willingness to grow in a fast-paced, global work environment.
• Flexibility to occasionally adjust work hours to collaborate with global teams.
• Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration or project execution.
