Junior Device Engineer

✅ Job Responsibilities

• Manage electrical characteristics and yield of assigned semiconductor devices
• Define and track KPIs related to process integration and yield improvement for high-volume manufacturing
• Collaborate with FAB and Unit Probe teams to resolve device-related issues
• Support quality issue resolution and product-related projects
• Evaluate and implement new devices and processes into mass production
• Analyze die failure mechanisms and propose corrective actions
• Monitor and improve device reliability and performance through data analysis and SPC tools

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Interest in the semiconductor or power semiconductor industry
• No restrictions on overseas travel
