What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily spa operations, including front desk, massage, and aesthetics teams.
• Coach, train, and inspire a high-performing, guest-focused team.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and purchasing with precision.
• Collaborate with the Director of Spas to set goals and drive results.
• Lead with professionalism and positivity, fostering our signature Caribou Culture.
What You Bring:
• Strong leadership experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and confident decision-making under pressure.
• A guest-first approach and the ability to lead by example.
• Spa or wellness experience is an asset, but not essential — we’ll train the right leader.
