We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and acquiring compelling
content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audiences. You will work closely with
content creators, media partners, and internal stakeholders to build a diverse and high-quality
content portfolio that supports our growth and user engagement goals.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of content trends, excellent
negotiation skills, and a deep appreciation for content strategy across digital platforms. A top
class Content Acquisition Manager will be proactive, data-informed, and capable of forming
strategic partnerships that drive long-term value.
Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role, Identify and approach potential clients such as training institutes, coaching
centers, corporate L&D teams, freelance educators, and educational brands interested in
publishing their courses on Krezora.
Pitch the value of the Krezora platform to prospective course providers, highlighting
monetization models, audience reach, marketing support, and brand visibility
Build a strong pipeline of course providers across various domains (tech, business, creative,exam prep, etc.) to continuously grow Krezora's catalog.
Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients — from initial outreach to account setup, contract
signing, and content publishing.
Educate clients on platform standards, revenue-sharing structures, content guidelines, and
learner engagement strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B course providers and maintain long-term
relationships to ensure retention and course expansion
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Business Development.
Knowledge of online learning platforms and licensing models.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to identify and onboard instructors, institutions, and course providers.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects.
Data-driven mindset with basic performance tracking skills.
Familiar with content rights, contracts, and compliance.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
