MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, the division offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Its customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and industry experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support QA department projects through data analysis and reporting.
• Utilize Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify process improvements.
• Participate in Quick Change Over (QCO) analysis and related meetings.
• Assist in Kaizen initiatives and 5S improvement activities.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports using Power BI and other analytics tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps.
• Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Ability to visualize, interpret, and present data insights effectively.
