The candidate shall establish, maintain ,strengthen and expand connections to Globe’s Network Technology Group staff in order to rapidly expand Network Infrastructure business. The candidate must clearly understand the Network Technology Group strategic directions, as well as the Company's overall strategy, in order to make appropriate decisions regarding risks and opportunities. The candidate will work cooperatively with other team members to capture new business opportunities and deliver solutions to customers.

Success in this role will be defined by someone who can drive sustained revenue growth, demonstrate overall account leadership and control, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic thought leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to a major tier one telecommunications company’s business executives and other senior business/functional team members
  • Promote complex IP and Optics network solutions and participate in a wide range of activities from network planning and budgetary analysis to commercial offer and implementation
  • Strategic thinker who can identify, qualify, develop, and capture new business opportunities leading to revenue generation and Nokia business growth
  • Serve as a key member of the account team, manage the integrity and growth of customer relationship and drive new business opportunities inside the business domain
  • Lead the development of winning strategies through competitive analysis, pricing analysis and commercial offers
     

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Account Manager or Technical Sales Manager with at least 8 years of working directly with Telecom Operators in equipment supply or service projects and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction
  • A strong knowledge in the fundamentals of Network Infrastructure (i.e; IP, Optics, Fixed Network) Solutions is preferred
  • Proven expertise in telecom vendor leadership through effective management of complex services and projects, including people, processes and deliverables 
  • Interprets and translates internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to promote Network Infrastructure Solutions and Services
  • Business development and sales skills as evidenced by prior success in maintaining and growing revenues for telecom equipment and associated services
  • Functional domain knowledge in wireless or wireline. Must have a broad understanding of the business drivers and the challenges, opportunities and competitive landscape in the industry.
  • Relationship management with client EVP/VP-level executives, partners, internal corporate executives and staff
  • Writing proposals and presentations, and contract management skills including negotiation of deliverables and terms & conditions. 
  • Experience in creating and negotiating contracts  
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills 
  • An undergraduate degree is required
