Warehouse Coordinator

Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.
Executes complex and critical warehouse working instructions according to defined operating procedures. Is capableof taking any operations job in the warehouse.
May be Entry level with Vocational or Technical Education or obtained broad knowledge through extensive work experience in relevant role(s),Para-professionals incumbents plan routes, anticipate transportation scheduling changes, and communicate applicable adjustments.

1. To track materials shortage and pending list items.

2. To conduct cycle count and stock take.

3. To arrange put away activity into warehouse rack.

4. To update material quantity record into SAP system.

5. To handle ECO material return activity and bulk material.

6. Good team player and multitasking acitvities.

7. Willing to involve in different shift pattern upon request.
