What’s the role?
As the Senior Project Finance Manager within our UNITE team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering financial control, strategic insights, and commercial advice. Based in Sydney, this full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, collaborate across divisions, and influence key financial decisions that shape the future of our organisation.
This role focuses on partnering with the group and divisional finance teams, maintaining strong financial control within UNITE and ensuring the divisional alignment with the UNITE Program. You'll lead financial performance and control for UNITE, overseeing key group processes like BSR and QBR. By delivering insightful analysis and robust forecasting, you'll support expense targets, challenge assumptions, and drive value through commercial insights and strategic financial modelling.
What do I need?
We’re looking for a confident finance leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings clarity to complexity. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Significant experience in financial management and the financial services industry
- A professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and team development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities with strong ability to ability to effectively influence, negotiate and manage expectations at a senior management level
- A sharp commercial mindset and deep understanding of financial control frameworks.
