The Ideal Candidate
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (or equivalent)
- Experience of working in food manufacturing environment.
- Excellent administration skills and utilisation of Microsoft office suite.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure and manage relevant/owned store system locations to guarantee the correct stock is in place for production.
- Provide feedback to the site services team when issues arise and ensure solutions are implemented.
- Review, understand, and correct any system errors (COGI and LX03) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all production reports are available and presented to the relevant manager promptly for review.
- Challenge and investigate variances against standards to provide accurate feedback to management.
- Ensure batch control is maintained on the system and challenge areas not following correct processes; escalate out-of-spec issues (e.g., incorrect batch usage) to management promptly.
- Ensure all production is completed daily in the system and all lineside locations are cleared.
- Assist with end-of-shift lineside stock counts.
- Conduct accurate and timely stock counts within storage areas.
- Check the accuracy of returned goods to the site.
