The Ideal Candidate

• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the IT Team Lead for ERP & Data.
• Foster strong connections within the team.
• Collaborate across COE functions to understand customer, supplier, and company needs.
• Uphold a professional image, promoting the Business Systems team's positive reputation with employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Work as a unified team to enhance business knowledge and foster collective ownership of success.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide constructive suggestions to the Team Lead.
• Communicate confidently both internally and externally.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a structured framework, managing pressure and deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accurate reporting.
• Possess IT literacy with experience in data processing.
• Exhibit strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
