Business Support Administrator

We're looking to hire a Business Administrator to our team here at Mentor in Halifax. A key appointment in our continued success, this is role that can either be carried out on a part or full time basis.

SALARY: Upto £27000 dependent on experience

DUTIES:

Obtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.
Answering basic customer inquires on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.
Resolves basic customers' service or billing complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

EXPERIENCE:

A background in business administration

Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask
