Full Time

Responsible for helping retain and grow site-level HMO membership and FFS patient volume by tracking and trending data to identify opportunities and tactics. Serves as the point of contact for prospective and existing patients as well as external partners such as brokers, agents and community members. Acts as the subject matter expert to guide patients on non-medical questions or concerns and patient / family navigator through our healthcare system to promote a positive patient experience.

Required qualifications:

  • 2 years Work in a healthcare setting, acute or ambulatory

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or similar.
  • 3 years Work in a healthcare setting, acute or ambulatory.
  • 1 year Managed care and/or ambulator care experience.
  • 1 year Quota-driven sales or marketing function.
  • 1 year Customer Service Experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
