Your team

While based full time in Wuxi, you'll be working in a global team responsible for functions supporting transactional reporting to global regulators within tight deadlines. In our collaborative culture, the team works closely with a number of other teams to ensure UBS' obligations are met. You will work with people from all walks of life making this team diverse, sharing ideas and experiences to achieve common goals.

Your expertise

– managed dynamic teams before, ideally global teams
– an understanding of what it takes to create, maintain and retain a successful and driven team with motivated individuals
– have experience of the regulatory operations, or banking operations at a minimum
– excellent communication skills, both in person and remotely
– a track record of delivery
