What you’ll do

• Lead and support the operations and care team to deliver high-quality, reliable services.
• Assist the Director with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and monitor performance targets to improve operational outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, carers, and partner agencies.
• Support business growth through marketing and development activities.
• Oversee personal development plans for the operations team.
• Drive service improvements by analysing and acting on feedback from clients and staff.

What we’re looking for

• Significant management-level experience in social care or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of personalised care approaches.
• Ideally hold (or be working towards) QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, develop strategies, and lead teams.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
