This is your chance to play a critical role in shaping the future of our KYC & Anti-Money Laundering Operational Strategy, ensuring compliance, customer protection, and operational excellence. The KYC & AML Operations Strategy team provides a unique opportunity to influence Global Servicing (GS) - level governance, strategy development, project execution, capabilities enablement and analytical assessment to drive process improvement and reduce enterprise financial crimes risk through supporting the International Financial Crimes Transformation program. The Project Analyst – KYC /AML Strategy position will assist in developing and  implementing winning strategies across the Global Servicing (GS) specifically focused on the KYC / AML regulatory program

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Work as part of a diverse team of subject matter experts to partner with multiple business units including International Card Services, Global Merchant & Network Services, Operations, Compliance, product and engineering teams to collaborate on strategies and process improvements that meet compliance and regulatory standards while minimizing operational risk
  • Consult and execute on strategic process designs for cross-functional KYC and AML initiatives impacting multiple lines of business
  • Work closely with operations partners to ensure a frictionless deployment of new or uplifted tools and procedures to enhance KYC and AML processes
  • Produce audit-ready process maps and partner with COE MIS team on reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with capabilities partners to deliver multi-channel communications strategies which support E2E customer and colleague KYC/AML journeys
  • Support the creation of comprehensive presentations in a clear and concise format for various audiences and leadership levels to include opportunities and
    recommendations
  • Be part of a team which champions ground-breaking change across a variety of markets and business units, supporting appropriate governance to ensure
    seamless implementation of new strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, strong analytical skills, strong sense of ownership, ability to communicate solutions to partners effectively and be
    proactive with problem solving. Solution thinking will be crucial
  • Ability to strategically link processes, systems, metrics, and financials on a global basis
  • Ability to assess and understand regulatory requirements while also being passionate about the customer and colleague experience
  • Strong ability to develop optimal strategy that is both effective and operationally feasible
  • Demonstrate pro-active approach to problem solving. Creativity in solving problems and eagerness to identify and present effective solutions
  • Experience of working with project(s)
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met and work volumes are managed
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and flexibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with an ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and business partners
  • Proven track record to quickly adjust to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability and willingness to operate independently in a highly complex matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of internal Global Services Group processes, systems and functional areas strongly preferred (Servicing, GSP/ISP, WCC, CLIC, Griffin, GO2, EDU, etc.)
  • Experience with KYC name remediations
  • Experience collaborating with product and capabilities teams
  • Project management experience

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
