Patient Nutrition Assistant

Work Schedule: 50% FTE, Day/Evening Shift Role.  4-8p including every other weekend. Rotating Holidays. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.

Qualifications Work Experience Licenses & Certifications

• Serve Safe Food Handler certification required to be completed within 30 days of hire. Required
