1. Talent Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain accurate, updated, and comprehensive talent databases including critical roles, succession pipelines, and HiPo talent.
- Design and deliver regular dashboards and analytics on talent metrics, providing actionable insights to COE Talent Management team and Business leaders.
- Track development progress of HiPo employees and succession readiness, escalating risks or gaps proactively.
- Benchmark best practices and utilize organizational data to identify opportunities for talent retention, mobility, and development.
2. HR Technology – HRMS Implementation & Talent Module Launch
- Partner with HRSS & Technology teams to implement and launch the Talent Management module within the HRMS platform.
- Define requirements, reporting logic model, test system functionalities, and ensure successful roll-out of standardized talent management processes across the Group.
- Training HRBPs and Talent Leads on system usage and reporting capabilities.
- Drive adoption, monitor usage, and ensure system data accuracy and compliance.
3. Conceptualization & Execution of Talent Programs
- Design and implement Group-wide talent programs, including HiPo identification and development, talent mobility initiatives, and career progression frameworks.
- Partner with Talent and Leadership Development teams to integrate program outcomes into individual development plans.
- Manage and monitor cross-concept career moves, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business needs.
- Support leadership in running Organization Talent Reviews and Succession Planning discussions, ensuring outputs are translated into concrete actions.
- 7–9 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in Talent Management in a mid - large, reputed organization (preferably in Retail) known for strong people practices.
- Post Graduate Degree / MBA in Human Resources from a reputed B-School.
- Experience in HRMS implementation (preferably Talent modules) is essential.
- HR Business Partnering experience is an advantage.
- Exposure to regional or global talent management practices preferred.
