BASIC FUNCTION:
Assists agricultural loan officers in processing loan applications. Performs necessary duties for loan servicing. Performs necessary note modifications for all customers as needed. Assist agricultural loan officers in completing loan paperwork. Backup to Branch Assistant, as needed.
REPORTS TO: Regional Lending Manager
SUPERVISES: None
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Post High School
EXPERIENCE: Two years of clerical and office experience. Skill in computer operations.

1. Must have the ability to read documents from many sources.
2. Must be able to communicate audibly and with staff, customers, and the general public.

RESPONSIBILITIES (the essential responsibilities include but are not limited to)

70% Process loan documents, prepare closing packages, and book loans, which includes keying all data in the necessary fields of AgVue and Credit Delivery for commercial and consumer loans other than primary residence home loans, and performing necessary legal functions in closing/servicing loans. (Financing statements/security agreements, notes, mortgages, disclosures). Enter the borrower’s annual current financial and appraisal information appropriately to update the loan system.
15% Assist Loan Officer in obtaining flood certifications. Provide financial information to attorneys for closing. Be of full assistance to the Loan Officer.
10% Prepare documents for all servicing actions. This may include note modifications, servicing actions, partial releases, changes of maturities, etc.
5% Backup to Branch Assistant in daily operations of the office, as needed.
