Shift IT Analyst (Prai)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Software and Hardware support in the plant
• Assist engineers in maintaining system uptime & timely resolution & escalation of problems and issues
• Provide support to end users in maintaining IT developed system and corporate system (Oracle, Okta, Email, CrowdStrike, etc)
• Provide MES shop floor system support

Education & Experience

• A Diploma in Computer Studies or Computer support related field or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience for computer hardware and software support, telecommunication, email etc. 
• Working in electronic manufacturing factor

Skills

• Familiar with Microsoft MS Office and OS cloning / SCCM deployment
• Familiar with Dell/Lenovo computers and laptop troubleshooting 
• Zebra/Intermec Barcode printer and HP LaserJet printer maintenance 
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving

 

Working Conditions

• This role is 100% onsite 
• Rotating shift support (12-hours)
