Safety Operations Project Intern (Lark TnS) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

About Lark TnS Team:
The TnS team is dedicated to ensuring content safety on Lark, user behavior safety within the platform, and compliance with regulatory requirements across all operating markets. With deep expertise in operations, we are also committed to building platform-based capabilities to safeguard Lark's security and compliance ecosystem.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 4 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
This internship provides students the opportunity to join our teams where you will have the opportunity to:
1. Optimize content/behavior safety strategies by refining existing models and policies to enhance protection effectiveness.
2. Improve large-language model (LLM) safety across business scenarios, increasing threat recall while reducing false positives.
3. Collaborate with product, PR, and algorithm teams to identify operational pain points, drive requirement implementation, establish safety review workflows, and optimize content moderation efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Prior internship experience in internet content safety, governance, or policy operations preferred.
3. Strong logical thinking, execution skills, and sense of ownership; proactive, agile mindset with excellent communication/collaboration abilities.
4. Minimum 4-month commitment, ≥4 days/week (full-time availability preferred).
