Oracle HCM Compensation Consultant

This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team on cutting edge technologies in the HCM space. The role involves working as part of a larger global team and interacting with clients across multiple geographies.

• Configure and manage the Oracle HCM Compensation module end to end.
• Implement the Workforce Compensation module for clients, including set-up, testing and go-live support.
• Design and develop innovative compensation solutions using Oracle HCM.
• Work closely with the consulting team to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

• 3+ implementations of Oracle HCM Compensation module.
• Experience developing complex compensation plans and a basic understanding of fast formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
