• Comprehensive management of medical or BTB projects (including preparation of preliminary budgets, project planning, project training, progress control, quality control, document archiving, etc.)
• Maintenance and development of sufficient agency resources to support project operations
• Proactive and timely communication inside and outside the company
• Capable of independently handling multiple projects concurrently
• Able to accept a moderate amount of overtime work
