What you will do

• Act as end-to-end product owner for card issuing in Lithuania: own roadmap, features, releases and operational stability
• Ensure card systems operate smoothly — manage incidents, coordinate fixes and implement mitigation actions
• Translate business needs into clear requirements; work with Development, IT, Operations and Customer Service units on implementations
• Monitor KPIs and service levels, propose optimisations and process improvements
• Keep track of market trends, vendor solutions and regulation to identify product improvements and differentiation
• Maintain product documentation, support go-lives and deliver training/materials for Operations and Customer Service teams
• Contribute to backlog prioritisation and lead Agile ceremonies with the delivery team

What we expect

• Proven experience in cards product management, payments or financial product ownership (ideally within card issuing)
• Tech-savvy: good understanding of IT infrastructure; SQL and Power BI skills are a strong plus
• Solid stakeholder management and incident management experience
• Hands-on, initiative-driven: able to work independently and in a team
• Good grasp of payments market trends and regulatory requirements and implications
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Great English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

• Gross salary. 3,380-5,060 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
