Senior .NET Developer – Azure Cloud Migration (Team Lead)

The Role:
We are looking for experienced .NET Developers to join our team and play a key role in the migration of .NET Web APIs and backend services to the Azure cloud platform. One of the positions will be at Senior level, responsible for leading the development efforts, guiding the team, and ensuring the successful delivery of the migration project.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain .NET Web APIs and backend services.

Lead the migration of existing services and applications to Azure cloud.

Collaborate with architects and other developers to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.

Troubleshoot and optimize application performance in both on-premise and cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in .NET / C# backend development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Web API development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, etc.).
• Solid understanding of cloud migration strategies and architecture best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Additional Requirements for the Senior Role: 

Demonstrated experience leading development teams. 

Ability to define technical standards and ensure their adoption. 

Strong decision-making skills and ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
