The HRIS Intern should be energetic and hardworking and is technically savvy and detail‐oriented to join the HRIS team. The Intern will support the HRIS team with day‐to‐day operations including processing employee data changes and performing employee data audits.

Help enter employee data changes in the HRIS system
Work closely with other members of the HRIS team to conduct employee data audits
Assist with documenting HRIS system processes and training documents
Provide assistance with HRIS system upgrades testing
Support other members of the HRIS team with special projects

Must be a current college Junior or Senior in good standing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytic and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Willingness to work collaboratively as a member of a team with a positive attitude
Ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision after instruction has been provided
High level of attention to detail and meticulous follow through
Previous internship or work experience with systems/data is a plus

This position will require some physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a weekly basis. The anticipated compensation for this position is $17.50 per hour. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
