Work with Procurement Ops team to further enhance and develop analytics support for Procurement, moving towards self-serve and utilizing dashboards
Build interactive dashboards, tailored to Group Procurement’s needs
Own ad hoc projects including Payment Terms amendments and Supplier reclassification

Manage a shared case management system for fleet queries
Data analysis and produce periodic and ad hoc reports in Excel
Support the Head of Group Fleet with daily tasks
Provide support on the HMRC tax review and other government-related periodic reporting
Assist to manage various governance processes across the Fleet

Development of self-service analytics Power BI platform
Preparation of financials for decks for presentation to senior management
Support procurement leads and advise on baseline analysis and techniques to ensure they fully understand how the baseline is constructed to aid overall sourcing activity
Support for Contract Management team, be able to review contracts and provide recommendation to the business
Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
Assist and upskill other Team members
Help management with task delegation and prioritisation
- Coordinate and support daily operational and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers in case of errors/omissions
- Respond to queries and communicate clearly with all stakeholders via email and phone
- Produce periodic/ad hoc reports (data analysis skills), presentations and data summaries
- Manage Fleet data systems on SAP as well as 3rd party platforms (Key2, TTC etc)
- Review fleet charges throughout vehicle lifecycle and liaise with suppliers to identify saving opportunities and challenge excess charges
