Where you will work:

Queretaro | Parque Industrial O'Donnell

What you’ll do:

• Supervise daily operations of the O2C team, including order management, billing, collections, and cash application.

• Ensure compliance with OEM-specific invoicing requirements, including EDI standards and delivery schedules.

• Provide support the O2C team with disputes related to pricing, delivery discrepancies, and chargebacks in coordination with customer service and supply chain teams.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DSO, collection effectiveness, and unapplied cash.

• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.

• Collaborate with IT and process improvement teams to implement automation and system enhancements.

What is required:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, or accounting

• Master degree in business or related preferred, not required

• Minimum 3-5+ years O2C

• Prior Supervisory experience is required

• Advance English written and spoken

•  Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
