Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead providing engineering support across multiple accounts
• Implement and maintain engineering standards and best practices across assigned accounts
• Participate actively in the Account Excellence Program, contributing technical expertise and innovative solutions
• Conduct regular site assessments and technical audits to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with account teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet client requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to site-based engineering teams
• Analyze equipment performance data and recommend efficiency improvements
• Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
• Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple facilities

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 70% of time to support multiple account locations
