Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
- Implement and maintain streamlined processes and procedures to enhance daily operational efficiency
- Conduct comprehensive daily facility inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
- Develop and execute energy-saving initiatives that reduce utility costs while maintaining optimal occupant comfort
- Analyze space utilization data and provide strategic recommendations for maximizing facility efficiency and square footage optimization
Vendor & Contract Management
- Oversee comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, kitchen equipment, AV systems, and pest control services
- Maintain detailed service tracking systems for all AMC vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Negotiate contract renewals and implementations to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality
- Process vendor invoices promptly to facilitate efficient service delivery and maintain strong vendor relationships
Specialized Service Management
Cafeteria Operations
- Manage comprehensive cafeteria operations ensuring strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Conduct regular employee feedback reviews and implement improvements based on insights
- Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and compliance with health regulations
Event & Client Management
- Coordinate and manage high-profile events and VIP visits, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Serve as primary liaison for client facility requirements and special requests
- Maintain exceptional service standards during critical business functions
Procurement & Resource Management
- Manage requisitions for existing facility needs and new product implementations across multiple sites
- Evaluate and recommend facility improvements and equipment upgrades
