Job Summary
The Sr Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that support the organization's strategic objectives. This role conducts market analysis, evaluates internal equity, and provides expert guidance on pay decisions, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data and conduct market pricing to support competitive salary ranges and pay structures
- Lead job evaluation processes and classification reviews, partnering with HRBPs and department leaders
- Develop and maintain salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation tools
- Provide analytical support and compensation modeling for annual compensation cycles, including merit increase & bonus programs
- Monitor internal pay equity and ensure compliance with pay transparency and pay equity laws
- Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges
- Support the development and communication of compensation policies, training materials, and compensation-related tools for HR and management
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent application of compensation guidelines in offers and promotions.
- Participate in compensation surveys and maintain up-to-date market data
- Assist in compensation-related audits, compliance efforts, and regulatory filings as needed
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Proficient in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g. Oracle HCM), and compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford)
- Experience with global compensation practices
- Knowledge of federal and state compensation laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Familiarity with sales compensation programs
Education
Bachelor’s degree, in business administration, human resources or related field
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.

Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
